1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Attune ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Attune is an AI-powered relationship coaching application. It provides voice-based and text-based coaching sessions, session summaries, and relationship pattern insights.
3. Not a Substitute for Therapy
Attune is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. It is an AI coaching tool designed to complement — not replace — professional mental health services. If you are in crisis or experiencing domestic violence, please contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

4. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Attune. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App to harm, threaten, or harass others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Attune offers a free first session. Continued access requires a paid subscription, billed through Apple's App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are presented in the App and governed by Apple's terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Attune — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Napkin LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Attune is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Napkin LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Attune at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
