- Usage data: App interaction patterns to improve the experience (session frequency, feature usage).
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to:
- Provide and improve your coaching experience
- Generate session summaries and relationship insights
- Personalize coaching based on your history and patterns
- Send you session reports and relevant updates (with your consent)
3. Voice Data
Your voice sessions are processed using ElevenLabs for speech-to-speech interaction. Voice data is:
- Processed in real-time during your session
- Transcribed and stored securely for your session summaries
- Never sold or shared with third parties for advertising
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following services to provide Attune:
- Supabase: Secure database and authentication
- ElevenLabs: Voice AI processing
- OpenAI: AI coaching intelligence
- Apple: App distribution and payments
Each service processes only the data necessary for its function and is bound by their own privacy policies.
5. Data Security
We protect your data using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Your most vulnerable conversations deserve the highest level of care, and we treat them accordingly.

You have the right to:

- Request deletion of your account and all associated data

7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data — including session transcripts and chat history — will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Attune is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
